Cerebras applied for an IPO privately in August. They revealed their financial and business details in the document submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on September 30.
Based in Sunnyvale, California, the company recorded revenues of 136.4 million dollars (approximately 19.6 billion yen) and a net loss of 66.6 million dollars in the January-June period. In the same period the previous year, the figures were 8.7 million dollars and 77.8 million dollars respectively.
