Algo play is happening for some time

$Rail Vision (RVSN.US)$ Every day (for the last 2 weeks) there is 1000 sell orders in a spread of 1 cent difference and similarly buy orders slightly less. They are manipulating to force decrease even though RSI is 20-30 band. Borrow is bouncing around 100k-200k. Great for squeeze but needs goddamn buy interest
