$Alibaba (BABA.US)$ $Alibaba (BABA.US)$ Baba should be sued. It announced the issuance of convertible bonds to be repurchased but not repurchased. Allowing the stock price to fall, it was announced that 618 sales increased all day long, but there was no sign that the stock price was long. Misleading shareholders constitutes fraud, and shareholders are responsible for losses!

102559790 : not sure how market action is chargeable to baba. probably give it a few days. when hk market bounce , the bleed will stop. or wait for 1 Jul on what baba says on share bb and afterwhich on plenary session for stimulus announcement . I think need to hang on to believe baba is no sham company. I have concern price is weak becos next earning is worst than expected.

102559790 : it is more a case baba price is cornered and controlled by shorts institutions. Joe tsai sounded his frustration that market associated baba with geopolitics and (losing) competition during recent interview. I believe baba is buying back shares but unfortunately unable to rally investors to buy becos baba only announce bb status qtrly.
William888 OP DwarfCo : Me too. I made some money from the 80call which expired on June 21, which I bought around 70, then bought 90call and 85call and lost it all. The market opened up and closed down every day. It's been almost a month of continuous decline!

William888 OP DwarfCo : Judging from the technical trend, the 50-day EMA may cross the 200-day EMA; it should rise; when it can rise depends on when Baba increases repurchases or when institutions pull up. You held the July, August, and September ones very well. I only held 85 calls from July, which is quite risky.
