$RR.US$ Weird how in the level 2 data there all of the sudden appeared the 10k sell amounts that are staggered pricewise. possible traders who bought low and trying to make a quick buck?

Midr : Usually rich manipulators with a few accounts will do this, trying to get in low with their other accounts.
Other facts that it could be the same as $FFIE.US$, where the CEO cashes money from their own stocks to their companies in China. Seen a few cases like this.
