$Allarity Therapeutics (ALLR.US)$ The problem with the stock wasn’t the market. It was their own incompetence. In the same day that their stock finally starts to get attention and go up, they issued not one, not two, but three separate stock certificates. The market adjusted for the first one,the market tried to hold on for the second one, but the third one adding from 10,000,000 to 18,000,000 shares absolutely blew the stock out of the water.
