Alright , gotta admit , a little bummed about gold . It didnt quite reach my target profit zone of 2369-2373 . 🤯
The Asian session was like a ghost town everyone was glued to their screens waiting for the Fed Mester speech around 12.00PM Malaysia time (The one in the yellow box).
As soon as she opened her mouth about US rates , it felt like the whole market held its breath . That sent gold prices plummeting down to 2341.00 . 🥹
Luckily , things werent all doom and gloom . The London session brought a sigh of relief and gold prices started climbing back up .
For a while there , I really thought it might hit my target ! It inched closer and closer , but in the end, fell short by a frustrating 461 pips .
