  • EnjoyTheProcess : The question in my mind also. By right, when its competitor in cloud service is going down, and AWS not affected by outage, it should be in the green. Just look at Google going up now. Anybody has any rational explanation for this unexpected dip??

  • 10baggerbamm EnjoyTheProcess : I think it needs to be bought.. whether you buy the common you buy a leveraged ETF if you look at meta it led the market lower and then you see Amazon rolling and then obviously Microsoft took a smaller hit Apple rolled the justification is evaluations too high the justification is sector rotation into small caps yeah you're going to get retail going into small caps you'll have some money managers going into small caps selling 10% 20% of the large cap holdings my concern... just as the utility companies that were going to participate in the build-out of data centers went parabolic a short while ago they have come down dramatically and the reason simple they've done nothing for the build out yet they haven't built any nuclear facilities they haven't expanded their production capacities but they were afforded an enormous premium very quickly and money ran in to those sectors now those people are trapped. with the Russell I get it if 2% of money from these mag sevens going to the Russell the Russell's up 30% I understand it but fundamentally the earnings have declined in the past 4 years and a half point rate cut does shit A one-point rate cut does shit you're going to need about a 250 basis point that's two and a half to 300 basis points 3% before they refinance their debt before Banks make it easier for them to borrow at lower costs before translates to the bottom line. so we are talking a year from today assuming that word assuming there's a continual cut of rates before you see their profit margins increase. so I think they got bit up in anticipation of these rate cuts and the TNA which is what I've owned and traded went from 36 to 50 and it's back to 44 and I think those people got trapped. and I think the money is going to go back into Amazon Nvidia meta because they're the cash cows they don't need rate cuts to live they don't need rate cuts to thrive
