GrayMan : being able to locate and find share while shares are being diluted is the legal definition of fraud! Citadel and Fidelity isn't even a good starting point, this probe needs to start at the FED level and work it's way down to the punk ass brokers and market makers. what's more that really pisses me off is they act like it's their money! these MF'ers are going to leave a lot of people in really bad financial trouble (if this goes down legally). I smell blood in the water!
