how come they put in jail people for misdemeanors, the board on amc are on cia , fbi , and the whole government like domestic pets and in your ugly face for sure . the board is commiting embezzlement and causing damages to major banks ( citigroup in the whole billions of dollars up to date ). they are going after 1 million or 2 million supposedly crimes , amc board is killing their family , wake up sleepy government . who is above the law here ? finra regulations are non existent ,

StrykerAce : There’s always been legal ways to steal. One just needs to look for the signs. AMC board / primary investors took advantage of this meme in order to cash out. The biggest clue was bringing in Private Equity, and hoarding cash instead of paying down more debt. I’m not saying this company will disappear, but it absolutely will eventually go bankrupt, and retail investors will loose all of the way to zero - IMO.
