$AMC Entertainment (AMC.US)$ Last profit from buying of stock was in 2021 ($5 to $65). since then, I have been shorting, got 2x the gains from 2021 since. I like $AMC Entertainment (AMC.US)$ , love shorting it especially when someone pumps it.

There is very little upside right now from shorting for retail investors.
We are not much higher than the levels maintained at length before the latest surge.
Short interest percentage prior to pump was relatively modest, indicating that the the market in general wasn’t betting heavily on a downward trend.
Now an argument can be made that perhaps it will settle back down within range it was trending prior to the pump, but still, unless you have massive capital and are looking for smaller returns on larger stacks, this isn’t gonna do much for you. Currently you’re looking at like a 25% return if you shorted and it fell back within that range. As a move like this would come with potentially unlimited associated risk, it wouldn’t seem to justify the strategy
