Intel will receive about $8.5 billion in cash and $11 billion in loans. Intel, once the largest and most important chip producer in the world, has missed the boat and is now lagging behind $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$, $Arm Holdings (ARM.US)$and Samsung.
It is logical that investments are needed. The American government is happy to participate, because they have experienced how dependent the United States is on semiconductors from China, Taiwan and Korea. This must be different in the future: America first!![]()
