I just finished this, and I will tell you that I think there's significant upside coming this year to the stock I will put a caveat on it. she's building an infrastructure to handle the forward growth of the company which is important and that's what a leader must do it's also important that you listen to her when she says they must be well capitalized. this is a another way of saying we're going to be doing an offering to raise money.. comparing this company to a few others that are publicly traded they trade at a significant discount from a market capitalization standpoint.. so with an offering comes dilution however it is mandatory with small cap companies that you have a war chest of money available so that you have the ability to fulfill your growth plans.

so if you take a position in this company it's important that you understand when there's a spike and I think there's going to be one there's a conference coming up this week you see the market they want to go after which is the drone marketplace she flat out says it so military defense is right up their alley where they're going, in addition to the aeronautical industry they want to Target the drone marketplace.

so I think if this stock has any significant rallies going forward and maybe it makes it to $4 $5 hopefully maybe a little higher there's something coming year I think you're going to see out of nowhere the company is selling x amount of shares to raise money and that will have a short-term hit to the stock price. so just be cautious because anytime a stock rallies they're going to use that as an opportunity to raise money and since this company hasn't done it in the past it's inevitable and if you listen to the CFO I can assure you it will happen in the future this up and coming year at some point in time.
