$Starbox Group (STBX.US)$ On November 18, 2024, Starbox Group Holdings Ltd., a Cayman Islands-based company, and its subsidiary, Irace Technology Limited, entered into a software purchase agreement with Five Points Gang & Company Ltd. The agreement involves the acquisition of a Creative Augmented Billboards Module and related assets. The consideration for the software is 6,100,000 Class A ordinary shares of Starbox Group, valued at US$9,150,000.00. Additionally, a deed of assignment and a notice of assignment were executed, allowing the transfer of rights to receive the consideration shares to four assignees. The closing date for the issuance of shares will be determined upon the fulfillment of the seller's obligations under the agreement. The transaction was approved by Starbox Group's board of directors on the same day.
