Anybody mentioned the daily fluctuation of ASX? $S&P/ASX 200 (.XJO.AU)$ Get mirrored by the US stock market. Though not as bad as the Black Monday last month but still looks bloody. The question lingers: Is this a temporary setback or a harbinger of further turbulence?
1. Australia's GDP: The 0.2% QoQ and 1% YoY growth is in line with expectations, suggesting a steady but not overly robust economy.
2. RBA Interest Rate Decision: The consensus is for no change in rates, which could be a sign of stability - or weakness?
I was reading through an article on immigration today (also discussed in reddit) and feeling frustrated. Economists, it seemed, were pointing fingers at immigration as a potential contributor to economic stagnation.
My dad has a Chinese student. That guy said the real estate prices kept declining in China this year. We also owned a house in suburb, and the selling market is ...
