HopelessChi : don't worry. just some weak hands. sell apple due to a ban in china? we will see apple reaching another all time high soon. China is fragile. investor pool will shift funds to US. BR announced closing its equity fund as no interests in china.
JC1616 : The hit from Mate 60 mainly due to two reasons:
1. The demand in Asia will be hit, Huawei lost 40mil unit of sales after the trade war between China and US & the restriction of chips & the rules from US against Huawei. The news mentioned that if Huawei can recover 1/4 of sales which mean 10 mil of unit sales from Mate 60 and the version after that, this will be a disaster for IPhone
2. The chip in Mate 60 -7nm chips produced by Huawei itself, meaning that Huawei is not longer rely on the chip from US and will be totally out of control in the future. Every users from Huawei will know that the price and hardware from Huawei is the best, Huawei is mainly losing on the software, system and design in the past few years. Now Huawei is forced to develop its system and chips, meaning that it’s future is more diversified and potential than Apple
