Apple and Meta discuss AI partnership - WSJ
Microsoft(MSFTThe “Journal” paper reports that the two companies are proceeding in the direction of integrating Meta's generative AI model into Apple Intelligence in order to catch up with companies leading in AI competition such as), and the “Journal” paper reports it as a story of the people involved.
Apple recently announced its AI plan at the Worldwide Developers Conference. The plan also includes a partnership with the open AI ChatGPT. Apple provides a huge distribution channel for AI applications through iPhones.
Also, the journal reports that AI start-ups Anthropic and Perplexity also had discussions with Apple about the new AI provided by their companies.
