Apple to Participate as an Observer at Open AI Board of Directors = Report

US Bloomberg News reported on the 2nd that Apple will get the role of an observer at the Open AI board meeting.
It is said that Phil Schiller, who oversees the App Store business, was appointed as part of the partnership announced last month.
The arrangement is expected to take effect later this year, and Mr. Schiller has yet to attend the meeting.
Observers do not have normal directors' powers, such as voting rights, but they can attend meetings and gain insight into the company's decision-making methods.
