Are cannabis stocks undervalued?

I’ve been watching Tilray, Trulieve, IIPR, and others for a while. They haven’t really stopped falling since the hype around 2021. Tilray and Trulieve are at some of their lowest levels ever with Tilray below $2 (was at $29 in 2021).
How low can they go? It seems their latest earnings are slipping but someday weeds going to be legalized and there should be a ton of capital flowing their in.
Are cannabis stocks a buy at their current prices?
