As a trader, there are 4 fears you have to deal with:

fear of missing out ( FOMO )
fear of losing
fear of leaving money on the table
fear of being wrong
Just remember, that taking profits is never wrong, so don't beat yourself up if you leave money on the table, just take your profits and move on to the next trade.
And remember, what you are doing is more like gambling than investing. When you invest in a company for the long haul you don't care about a single earning report.
