Voting against this proposal is the only responsible, right, and logical thing to do. I refuse to let anyone threaten me into acquiescence. Failing to properly manage a company, all the while fully anticipating a copious payday is just wrong.

So seemingly capable of navigating the labyrinth of elaborate pathways required to cut ties and reap a hefty reward .
