ASL Marine issues 481,600 new ordinary shares at exercise price of six cents per share

This takes the number of issued ordinary shares of the company from 919,220,201 ordinary shares to 919,701,801 ordinary shares.

ASL Marine has increased the number of issued ordinary shares of the company from 919,220,201 ordinary shares to 919,701,801 ordinary shares following the allotment and issue of 481,600 new ordinary shares at the exercise price of six cents per share.

The new shares rank pari passu with the existing shares of ASL Marine, and are expected to be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange S68 (SGX) on July 11 with trading expected to commence at 9.00 am on the same date. 

Pursuant to the aforesaid exercise of warrants, there are 279,207,453 outstanding warrants each with an exercise price of six cents expiring on July 23 at 5.00 pm. 

Shares in ASL Marine closed 0.1 cent lower or 1.64% down at six cents on July 9.
