10baggerbamm OP Bird007 : it's really not a prediction it's just looking at the habits of the buyers and sellers on a chart and you can just see it broke support it did have an upday yesterday but ultimately it's going to consolidate it lower levels so now it comes to what are the fundamentals of the company because once you get an offering where there's dilution you need to know number one is there a restriction period to that offering or is it instantly liquid second thing is you need to know that offering that they did was it below the market or was it at the market close on a certain date and then the last thing you need to know is where they're warrants attached to it and what were the strike price in terms of the warrants where they have the ability to convert to common so that's in the offering in the SEC filing and if you have ownership in this company I do not but if you do you should probably seek that out because that's going to determine the near-term pin action on the stock
