10baggerbamm : well the question is and what price will they sell the offering at and I think that might be part of the issue right here if it gets shorted it'll get price lower. and obviously if you own the stock it doesn't feel good because the market is melting up and you got like the only stock in the red staring you in the face so the sell-off precipitates more sellers because why sit in a stock going down when everything else is up ticking
