Audit BDO USA & Supermicro.
$Super Micro Computer (SMCI.US)$ Supermicro recently appointed BDO USA
Home as their new independent auditor. This move follows the earlier withdrawal of Ernst & Young (EY), which left the company due to concerns about governance and transparency. BDO will now take responsibility for Supermicro's audits and will also assist with compliance plans to reinstate Nasdaq listing rules.
Supermicro has formed a special committee to investigate previous concerns. This committee concluded that there is NO EVIDENCE of fraud or misconduct, but recommended improvements in internal controls and governance. The company is also working to update their financial reporting, such as the past due 10-K and 10-Q reports.
Conclusion; Everything seems to be gradually getting on track with the necessary caution, of course

Money Thrill OP : There is certainly a greater chance that Supermicro will not be delisted? And how would you respond as a business leader? Wouldn't you do your utmost to regain credibility? If you have that many shares?
