The_Chef : Reading a yahoo post, they said no earlier than two business days filing the 10-q. So tomorrow should be the buyback. They're following rule 10b5-1, so they won't buy it all at once and it's up to a value 50 million. So we might see less.
QueenB 76 OP The_Chef : thanks chef I took a big risk on this over 20k shares right at .38 so kinda lost out on finding the bottom but I think it should be alright
The_Chef QueenB 76 OP : .38 isn't too bad, I suspect that if the buy back does occur, they're looking at spending less since they authorized it at $2.98 per share. So roughly 16 million shares should be bought up within a few days. Might be more can't say for sure. The idea behind it seems they believed their shares to be undervalued so they wanted to hold them to use for funding on a rainy day. NFA

I think their goal is to get the stock to $1 over anything else and bring more attention so that it maintains and allows them to utilize the stock buyback to their advantage later. Given enough time and if short sellers don't try to bring it down, this stock has long potential. NFA
