Well for starters they voted to extend the merger again! So now they can continue to vote upto 12 times for the next year to move forward or delay vote for the merger! This is pretty typical though with SPAC’s! It could get a yes vote by this time next month? Or it could go til July of 2025. The reason I haven’t posted anything on it is mainly because this one just don’t catch my interest like some. For example CHAA / Now CGBS! There is just some that really catch my eye and others not so much! But take and read the 8K filed on June 7 2023 Doc 2! It’s a investors presentation! And Read filing form 425 filed on May 9 2023! If you want to get a better idea of what the company they are trying to merge with! Especially the 8K Doc 2! That will tell you all about the company! Hope this helps?
