Let's dive into the buzzing stocks last week:
Aussie Weekly Buzz: Q1 earnings push NVDA stock to new all-time high
NVDA—Buzzing Stars: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
On May 22, $NVIDIA(NVDA.US)$ announced its Q1 FY2025 earnings, which significantly surpassed expectations and achieved record-high revenue. The company also raised its Q2 revenue guidance, and its stock price exceeding $1000 in after-hours trading.
This marks NVIDIA's 6th consecutive quarter of surpassing market expectations and its 4th consecutive quarter of record-high revenue. The company increased its quarterly dividend by 150% to $0.10 per share and announced a 10-for-1 stock split.
@Noah Johnson:Overall, NVIDIA continues to benefit from the growth in AI demand, seeing record growth in business scale and profitability. With its hardware technology advantage and CUDA ecosystem advantage, NVIDIA is expected to maintain an absolute leading market position amid fierce competition. Read more>>>

TSLA—Buzzing Stars: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
$Tesla(TSLA.US)$ has cut Model Y production at its gigafactory in Shanghai in response to dwindling demand for its electric cars in the face of sharp price competition from low-priced Chinese manufacturers. Nikkei reported that the Texan carmaker has also told its suppliers to start making components used in Tesla vehicles outside China and Taiwan due to concerns about the possibility of heightened geopolitical tensions in the wake of the U.S. elections.
Tesla, which opened its Shanghai gigafactory in December 2019, cut production from its Chinese facility by 17.7% year-on-year in March, to 49,498 cars. By 33% in April, to 36,610, figures from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers show.
@TeslaSmurf: MAX PAIN was at 177,5$ and the strongest resistance is at around 190$. The fun would start above 181$ and the short squeeze would be EPIC.
AAPL Buzzing Stars: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Shares of $Apple(AAPL.US)$ have fallen behind the return of the broader market over the last year. One of the issues weighing the stock is the perception that other tech companies like Alphabet and Microsoft are pulling ahead of the iPhone maker in artificial intelligence (AI).
But Apple is expected to finally reveal its AI plans at the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on June 10. Investors seem to be already pricing in positive news around the company's AI initiatives, with shares up 16% in just the last month. Let's look at how AI-enabled iPhones could benefit Apple, then consider what it means for the stock.
@10baggerbamm: People will be buying the dip so it will set the push towards 197 back a couple of trading sessions but we will get there. 208 is the highest in the cards right now it would be 3 month time frame to reach that level.
BHP Buzzing Stars: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Last Wednesday, $BHP Group Ltd(BHP.US)$ announced its third and final $49 billion takeover offer to acquire Anglo, which was rejected again. Despite this, Anglo American has agreed to extend the deadline for a formal offer by one week until May 29, providing BHP with additional time for further negotiations.
Since the initial offer, BHP's stock performance has remained essentially flat, with a slight decrease of 0.71%, while Anglo American's shares have surged by 25%.
@Griffo_au: I maintain my BULLISH view on COAL, URANIUM, OIL & GAS.….
GME—Buzzing Stars: ⭐⭐⭐
The videogame retailer has benefitted from yet another 'Roaring Kitty'-fueled meme-stock rally.
The meme-stock rally appeared to have calmed down earlier last week. $GameStop(GME.US)$ gained 3.7% Friday after losing 13.3% in Thursday's session - their biggest decline since May 17, when the stock dropped 19.7%.
@Birdistheword: I'm bullish about the future of gme. I really want to see what they do. I do think they'll make major changes and get this company cranking out money. In the short term Tuesday, I think there's a good chance of a continued pump.
AMC—Buzzing Stars: ⭐⭐⭐
$AMC Entertainment(AMC.US)$ ended the week lower by 30% after last week's explosion, when Roaring Kitty helped reignite a stock craze. The rally sparked memories of the "gamification" of trading during the meme-stock heyday of 2021. Victor Ricciardi, a visiting finance professor at Ursinus College and co-author of the book "Advanced Introduction to Behavioral Finance," called the craze an "outlier event."
@GangGreenMf: Its all good lol , no meed to even sweat it . if you cant handle watching and waiting for this typenof squeeze then amc and gme are not the plays for you .
AMD—Buzzing Stars: ⭐⭐⭐
Shares of semiconductor and chip stocks are trading higher following a strong earnings report from NVIDIA last Week.
CEO Lisa Su emphasized the chip designer’s progress toward its 30×25 goal, aiming for a 30x increase in compute node power efficiency by 2025 and now foreseeing a potential 100x improvement by 2026-2027 at a recent event.
@Anthony 27: The reason why I am selling AMD is due to: AMD most of the time when it was able to open high but not able to close high, mostly open high close low‼️ This 2 weeks even with the hype of NVDA Earning report, AMD has at least 5 days Open High then Close low, yesterday even worse…Open High with almost 4.5% gain then turnaround to -3% which is a very bad sign.
FFIE—Buzzing Stars: ⭐⭐⭐
$Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc.(FFIE.US)$are trading lower this week on a continued downward momentum. Last week, the stock saw massive price moves related to the retail-fueled meme stock rally which saw heavily shorted stocks gain alongside GameStop and AMC Entertainment shares. The stock was up more than 8000% at one point.
The company faces financial challenges and received a delisting notice from Nasdaq on April 24 after its share prices remained below 10 cents for 30 days.
@Stephen8: There is some uncertainty about Faraday's future prospects, mainly because the company has faced a series of challenges and difficulties in the past few years. Although the company has demonstrated some impressive technologies and product concepts, Faraday's future development has been affected due to financial problems, management turmoil and delays in production plans.

However, Faraday's future technical strength and innovation ability in the field of electric vehicles are still recognized. If the company can solve past problems, strengthen management and operations, and promote the launch and sales of products, it is still expected to occupy a place in the electric vehicle market and achieve long-term development.
BTC—Buzzing Stars: ⭐⭐⭐
Bitcoin price added another 10% upside move to the recovery this week as it jumped from $65,860 to 71,979, but consolidating in the $68.5K-$70K range since hitting the local high. The crypto market, especially altcoins, witnessed massive volatility as investors awaited the U.S. SEC’s decision on spot Ethereum ETF.
@LouisT: From the analysis, look like BTC going to fly to USD72,000 - 73,000 soon.
FUTU—Buzzing Stars: ⭐⭐
On May 14, BoaA released a research report, optimistic about $Futu Holdings Ltd(FUTU.US)$'s 1Q24 client growth, and raised the target price from $62.80 to $81.00. BoaA maintains their Buy rating on Futu given improving market sentiment and encouraging developments in overseas markets and new products.
Moomoo's parent company Futu Holdings Ltd. (FUTU) Q1 2024 Earnings Conference Call is scheduled at 7:30 AM ET on May 28. The management will announce the financial results and answer questions from investors.
@SlowndEasyTrading: missed my $68 pre-planed entry still looks good moderately low risky may be 10/15$ safe upside still left.

  • mr_cashcow : The price is at a ATH now, the stock split will make the price more affordable for entry but on the other hand you could also buy fractional share to enter now instead of waiting for the stock split! This is not financial advise so plz DYOR/DD, goodbye[undefined]

  • 102362254 : Chart indicates significant increase in price and high trading volume, indicating very strong demand. But, it's prudent to exercise caution when chasing a stock after a gap-up. It's wiser to wait for a pullback to reduce risk before buying. Although NVDA shows huge potential for growth, it's good to evaluate your risk comfort level to decide whether it's a good buy at the moment.
