Auto redeem??

Auto redeem??
Hi all, why is there an auto redeem when i didnt redeem it? any way to cancel it?

  • Moomoo Buddy : Dear customer, after your joining of SmartSave, if there is a negative amount in your account, your Cash Plus (Cash Management Fund) positions in the same value worth of the deficit will be redeemed
    Notes:
    1. We will check your account for any deficit at 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM every day;
    2. When the currency between deficits and the redeemed amount is different, kindly make a currency exchange to pay owed money after the arrival of the redeemed amount. (2) Stoping Auto Redemption: tap「Deactive SmartSave - Redemption」at the bottom. Kindly note Cash Plus funds will not be added to your buying power after the closure. If there is a negative in your account, you need to redeem Cash Plus funds manually for repayment. Thanks for your support. Have a great day!

  • JG00OP Moomoo Buddy: I have not activated SmartSave. And I’ve no idea what you’re explaining.

  • Moomoo Buddy : Dear customer, if you did not on smartsave function, then have you requested a withdrawal from your cash plus directly? If so, the system will redeem money from your cash plus, then process a withdrawal to your bank account. Thanks for your support. Have a great day!

  • JG00OP Moomoo Buddy: Yes I have. But that will remark as “Redeem” not “Auto Redeem”. Please correct me if I’ve mistaken.
    This is a partial withdrawal and I’m sure I did not key an incorrect figure. I have done partial withdrawal before and I’ve not encountered such occurrence of “Auto Redeem”.

  • JG00OP Moomoo Buddy: I called on Saturday 1/6/24 to raise this issue. The call center staff has requested for someone to check further and call me back but until today Wednesday 5/6/24 I still haven’t received any callback. Please assist.

  • Moomoo Buddy Moomoo Buddy: If you redeem the funds to your universal account, it is shown redeem, but if you withdraw from cash plus to your bank, it will shown Auto redeem. Upon checking, the agent has already updated your case to the relevant team, we will push them to call you back asap, thanks for your understanding.

  • JG00OP Moomoo Buddy: Thanks for your update. I understand and I’m clarifying that I did not do  withdrawal to bank account and yet it did an “Auto redeem” hence I’m clarifying this action.
