Why?
Moomoo Buddy Zacksee : IPOs will have Single Round Balloting. In some cases, IPOs will have First Round Balloting or Second Round Balloting. Successful applicants at the First Round Balloting will be informed on the earlier date compared to successful applicant at the Second Round Balloting. Please be informed that IPO balloting results are generally announced before the listing date. Successful applicants and unsuccessful applicants will receive notification of balloting result.
