BABA Buys Back 5.7592M Shrs on NYSE for US$59.98M
$BABA-W (09988.HK)$ disclosed in its statement that it repurchased 5.7592 million shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on 30 August at a price of US$10.33-10.58 per share, involving around US$59.98 million.
Since the ordinary resolution was passed on 22 August, the company has repurchased 35.197 million shares, representing 0.18% of the share capital.
