BABA Upgrades Taobao's 'Xiaoshida', Deepens Co-op with Ele.me
BABA's Taobao Tmall Group announced a major upgrade to Taobao's "Xiaoshida" business to enhance the synergy between Ele.me's instant delivery service and Taobao's instant retail service.
Merchants on Ele.me will now directly access the "Xiaoshida" channel on the Taobao App, covering categories such as supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, and more, providing users with 24-hour local lifestyle services.
"Xiaoshida" is open to all brands and merchants on Taobao Tmall, focusing on those with local warehouses for instant delivery. Brands like Hema, RT-Mart, $NONGFU SPRING (09633.HK)$ , and Heineken have already launched "Xiaoshida Flagship Stores."
