Bad investment
$ESR-LOGOS REIT (J91U.SG)$ I paid 0.305 for Preferential Offering which was valued at 0.285-0.29 at that time, to get REITs valued 0.26 for return. Is this scam???

Blessedme : some of us want to sell off this stock. some of us won't buy the Preferential shares as bad management cannot move the price up even though they have 1 billion assets.

Blessedme : You can buy more to average down the price, then sell off at a slightly higher price
Munge OP : Not a good idea. I rather put my money on somewhere that promise a better return. Market bleeding today, there is lot of opportunity out there
