Bad mortgage company
had our home mortgage with pennymac, they said loan was assumable. Tried 3 seperate times with proposed buyers, first time was 6 weeks to take them to say ‘no’. All 3 had money! PM would not say why, or why it took forever. Lost all 3 buyers. Cost us a year on the market and a lot on home value. All others said in reality PM did not want to extend the very low interest rate loan.
Thank you PennyMac. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
