$BCE Inc (BCE.CA)$ I have a question about the regulation just coming into effect. If a new company, say Joe's phones, starts up, could they just leech off of the infrastructure of the big telecoms without actually investing any of their own money into infrastructure? And given the debt of the latter, doesn't this give them a huge advantage? .

David Smith95 : not how it works. the smaller companies piggy back on the networks of the big 3. they are owned by the bigger companies. the plans are offered in tiers. if you don't want bells and whistles then use Fido instead of Rogers. same with Telus and koodo. bell and Virgin.
