Question about REITs...
I've been looking at having a single reit in my portfolio, and I like ticker symbol "O"
My plan is to dollar cost average on all of my holdings and reinvest my dividens for compound growth and was curious if "O" would be the best choice?
I am new to REITs and looking forward to finally having a holding that pays a consistent dividend every month!

mooomoney : I have been an O stock holder since 1994 never sold 1 share. when price dips, I just add more shares. Have left it in DRIP mode and will until I retire, then If needed I'll start supplementing my retirement with its monthly dividend pay out.
