Also need to see some cut on labors sadly. Just saw some post selling business of 99 cents, rent including tax 14k, business 110k. Ask 150k+350k stockpile. 110k say gross margin 1/3, utilities insurance whatever 2400, then after rent you have 20000/month. if open 12hr * 30. Hourly $55. Hire 2 staffs fine, but hiring 3 will never be profitable
