it's a tool being used to get people use to CBDCs .... Bitcoin is not in the plans as far as currency i doubt it's going to be any reserve either. it's meaningless code that anyone can create. they want to make it a reserve because they are trying to keep leverage up on the dollar since the dollar is the major currency being used for exchange
