Blue Screen Litigation Against MSFT?

$Microsoft (MSFT.US)$ $CrowdStrike (CRWD.US)$ Lawsuit, and Arbitration filings will result from Friday's blunder.  I guarantee it is happening.
A company so big, (especially using AI ??), would, should, could, had a duty to its customers, and third party interests, to conduct, perform, execute, and/or run beta tests, of any/all 'updates', to ensure no glitches, no interruptions of user interface, no sustained losses, no damages, no bad shit happen.
a reasonable person would expect there would be in place, procedures, protocol, to prevent such "blue screen" incidents that would knowing cause catastrophic results to users.
the blue screen event was not a hack, or result from outside third-party rogue-sters.
the blue screen was as a result of 'negligence', that could have been prevented, had MSFT/CRWD exercised reasonable due care in dissemination of critical updates.
'hungry, starving lawyers' for insurance companies seeking subrogation for insurance claims by policyholders has already begun. the litigation sprockets are spinning like a fine rolex.  and 'lawyers' for airlines and other companies that suffered losses and damages will most likely initiate direct litigation in fed and state courts.  defense lawyers on opposing sides are also fuxken on it.  the blue screen event, incident will generate a shxt load of billable hours.
the affected stocks underlying earnings will be influenced and affected as a result of the blue screen blunder.
what a mess that will unfold over the next 12 months to add to the markets pullback.  prepare for the worse, Hope for the best.
