Both lump sum and DCA
If you have regular income but no time to monitor stocks, then DCA on S&P index ETF over long term. History shows over a 10 year period, DCA will get you 10% pa.
If you have no regular income, and got time to monitor markets, then buy low with lump sum and sell high to close profit on fundamentally good and undervalued stocks.
