China Bozza Development Holdings (HKG:1069) intends to acquire a 52% stake in Liuba County Jiashisen Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Development, from Shaanxi Jiashisen Pharmaceutical Investment, a division of Shenzhen Jiashisen Investment (Holding).
The agro-forestry resources manager expects to pay some 7.1 million yuan for control of the target, which processes and distributes "a range of American ginseng products".
Trading in China Bozza's stock, suspended on Aug. 17, will resume after the publication of the details of the planned acquisition, according to a Thursday filing.
