Buffett purchased 1.04 million shares of Heico and 0.69 million shares of Ulta Beauty. While these companies have their own growth potential, for value investors who pursue undervalued stocks, Heico's price-to-earnings ratio is too high at 61.3 times, while Ulta Beauty's valuation is relatively reasonable with a future P/E ratio of approximately 16.3 times, lower than the current S&P 500 index's 21.5 times.
