build assets not liability!
today I wanna share my view on asset Vs liability
Assets are items or resources that have value and can be used to generate income or wealth in the future. They can be tangible (like property, and investments) or intangible (like education, skills, or intellectual property).
Liabilities are debts or obligations that need to be repaid in the future. They can be short-term (like credit card debt or utility bills) or long-term (like mortgages or student loans).

my goal is to build a portfolio of assets and minimise my liability
my assets are in savings account, stocks, bonds, real estate, and business

through businesses or job you generate income, then you invest in other assets class. for example stock $Alphabet-C (GOOG.US)$ , it gives dividend and you can reinvest again using moo moo (DRIP)
look at how it snowball! that's the power of compounding!
fast forward 10yr and see how much have you accumulated!
minimise your liability and focus on asset!
* Liabilities: Credit card debt, student loans, car loans, mortgage, personal loans
* Liabilities: Credit card debt, student loans, car loans, mortgage, personal loans
