Bursa Malaysia ended lower today due to profit-taking following a recent rally, in line with weaker regional market performances. The $FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI Index (.KLSE.GI)$ dropped 14.48 points, or 0.89%, to close at 1,622.07.

Losers vs Gainers: Losers outnumbered gainers 1,044 to 285, with 404 counters unchanged.
Turnover: Increased to 5.34 billion units worth RM3.42 billion from 4.43 billion units worth RM3.27 billion on Friday.

Heavyweights: $MAYBANK (1155.BMS)$ fell 4 sen, $PBBANK (1295.BMS)$ dropped 5 sen, $CIMB (1023.BMS)$ declined 3 sen, $IHH (5225.BMS)$ decreased 7 sen, and $TENAGA (5347.BMS)$ remained flat.
