$Rain Oncology (RAIN.US)$ I wanted to add a bit more information from late Friday! Tang Capital Partners disclosed the proposal in an amended 13D regulatory filing on Friday.
"On behalf of Concentra Biosciences, LLC, I am pleased to submit this non-binding proposal to acquire 100% of the equity of Rain Oncology Inc. (RAIN) for $1.25 per share in cash, plus a contingent value right representing the right to receive 80% of the net proceeds payable from any license or disposition of Rain Oncology’s (RAIN) programs," Tang Capital top boss Kevin Tang said in the filing.
"Concentra has funds immediately available to execute this transaction!
The offer expires by 1700 ET on October 20.![]()
