Buy on fundamental and value

Even great value stock will not rise without dipping. Agree that it is on a downtrend now, but buy if you think ytlpowr is worth it. There is nothing wrong with catching the falling knife if you are an investor looking for value stocks. But if you are a trader speculator, then it is a different story.
