STD0313 OP hemohemo : trying to sell. It is probably just me not understanding the rules for odd lots.....I have 10 shares I bought just to check out the new "universal" account. Now I can't get rid of them.......
hemohemo STD0313 OP : Not sure how you manage to get 10 shares of BYD. Using moomoo , min to buy or sell BYD is 500 shares.
STD0313 OP hemohemo : Not true. Minimum for the exchange is 500. They have what is called "odd lots". Tonight if you go on during their trading hours, take out the 500: put in any number, hit buy and it will give you an error and ask if you want the "odd lot" option. Then re enter your order, and you are the proud owner of BYD/H.
The trouble is idk why they won't sell. I don't think it is a straight bid/ask issue. I believe it might be waiting for a 490 lot to come up to make a normal lot. But that is just a guess.
