BYD Han owner is furious at his vehicle’s software glitch

On a hot summer day, his seat stays heated even though it’s turned off. Seat ventilation feature doesn’t help either. Owner calls it industrial garbage.
My Take: This is not the first time BYD EV owners posted poor quality complaint in social media. Despite BYD has a reward system program for smear campaign tipsters, such furious video against its vehicles continues. Complaints about EV are quite common in the US and may lead to vehicles recalling if there are safety concerns. I shared that it is detrimental to safety if the carmaker has a non-transparent culture towards the customer's complaint.
