ZnWC : The article reported that with 386,810 EVs delivered globally in the first quarter, Tesla has swiped the battery electric vehicle crown back from Chinese juggernaut BYD. As noted by Reuters, BYD delivered 300,114 battery electric vehicles in the first quarter of 2024, down 43 percent over Q4 of 2023.
