If you believe that the Halt has been used to manipulate the GME stock, you must take action and file a report with SEC.  RK has proved in his video that the SUITS use AI to track him and Halt the stock.  That is total misuse of the Halt function to manipulate the stock.  manipulation of the stock market is illegal and SEC should take action.
