  • 73890865 : I have a margin account but was told I cannot open a RRSP or TFSA account because MooMoo can open allow users to open one type of account, either a margin account, a RRSP or TFSA account only. So inconvenience!!! You got so many promotions but you got no option or service for your users to join, participate or select.

  • jasonmaomao : A terrible thing happened yesterday, and apparently I bought 1000 sqqq shares with the transaction details and transaction number, but it didn't show up in my funds, and I couldn't sell it. In order to verify that I placed 3 times, I bought a total of 4,000 sqqq shares, all of which showed in the history records that the transaction was successful. It wasn't shown in the funds, and I couldn't sell it. It's horrible. Repeated withdrawal and re-entry is not OK. Contact customer service. The customer service said they should contact the technical department. Experts in the technical department said this might be T+1! It almost made me laugh out of breath! Chinese experts?! Finally, at 9:30 p.m., it was fine. It all showed normally, and the funds also included the purchased stocks. My soul is in shock. What if this is a big deal? Ask the gods if a similar situation has ever happened. Remind everyone to spend as little money as possible on this platform. Maybe Canada is the only country that is unstable. Until now there has been no explanation. There were no apologies either.
